Mike Smith

Mike Smith, a native of Rice, Virginia, relocated to Chesterfield County in 2003. Shortly after, he embarked on a career in the insurance industry. Driven by his growing passion and expertise, Mike established his own agency, Mike Smith Insurance LLC, which later evolved into Community Insurance Advisors. His agency is dedicated to serving the local community, embodying his commitment to providing exceptional service.

With 17 years of industry experience, Mike is a seasoned expert specializing in Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare Supplement plans, Prescription Drug plans, Group Insurance plans, Long-Term Care, Life Insurance, Auto and Homeowners insurance, commercial insurance, and dental/vision plans.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending his free time hunting, fishing, camping, and cherishing moments with his wife and family. 

Anna Jones

Anna Jones is an Independent Licensed Insurance Agent with extensive experience specializing in Medicare Supplement plans, Medicare Advantage plans, Dual Special Needs plans (for individuals with both Medicare and Medicaid), Prescription Drug plans, health insurance for individuals under 65, life insurance, and dental/vision insurance. Her commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of her clients was recognized when she received the "Impact Award" from Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield in 2021. Anna is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that each client receives personalized attention and care.

Anna and her husband are the proud parents of two daughters, a newborn son, and a Labrador Retriever named Izzy. She is deeply engaged in her community, currently serving on the New Kent Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors as the Government Liaison Director. Her previous volunteer roles include serving as the Volunteer Chair for the A Taste of New Kent Planning Committee, a member of the Board of Directors for the Farms of New Kent Community Strategy Council (CSC), and a New Kent Falcons Cheerleading Coach.

In her spare time, Anna enjoys volunteering, spending quality time with her family, exploring new destinations—particularly beach locales—and trying out new restaurants.

John Jones

John is an Independent Licensed Insurance Agent with expertise in Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare Supplement plans, Prescription Drug plans, and Special Needs plans. He is dedicated to working closely with his clients, providing them with the education and guidance necessary to select the best plan options to meet their individual needs. John’s favorite aspect of his profession is building long-lasting relationships with his clients, a task at which he excels.

In his free time, John enjoys fishing, duck hunting, and training his Labrador Retriever. He also cherishes spending time with his wife and their two daughters.
